Open Source Scripts: Purchases of Open Source products are final and non-refundable, as the code is fully accessible and modifiable.
Escrowed Products: Refunds are not accepted for encrypted (Escrow) products. If a script fails to function due to encryption issues, we may offer an Open Source version or a manual fix as a substitute at our discretion.
Fraud Prevention: To prevent "Buy-and-Leak" fraud, we do not accept refund requests made shortly after purchase (2-8 hours). Attempting to purchase, download, and then immediately request a refund is considered a violation of our terms.
Third-Party Decision: As our store is powered by Tebex, the final decision regarding any refund request is determined solely by Tebex Limited. Mizu Scripts does not have the authority to override Tebex's final verdict.

Naming Conventions: We will not provide support for any script if its folder or resource name has been changed.
Response Times: Our development team primarily operates in the UTC+3 timezone. Please allow for delays in response times during non-active hours. We are committed to helping you during our active business hours.
Modifications: Support is limited to the original code provided. If you modify the script yourself (Open Source), our ability to provide support may be limited.
3. Intellectual Property & DMCA
All Mizu Scripts products are protected by international copyright laws and the DMCA.
Anti-Leak Policy: Any attempt to share, redistribute, or leak our transaction codes or script files will result in the immediate termination of your license without a refund.
Legal Action: We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against any individual or entity involved in the unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property.
